Boostup: Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your use of BoostUp, a product developed and operated by Digital Go Where Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By registering, accessing, or using BoostUp or any services associated with it (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, as if executed in writing.

1.THE AGREEMENT

  1. BoostUp is a software product provided by Digital Go Where Pvt. Ltd. By using BoostUp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any modifications made by the Company from time to time.

  2. The Company may revise these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of BoostUp constitutes acceptance of such updates.

2. ACCOUNT TERMS

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use BoostUp.

  2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain it thereafter.

  3. You may not use BoostUp for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.

  4. Automated methods (robots, scrapers, spiders) to monitor or extract data from BoostUp are prohibited.

  5. Reselling, duplicating, or exploiting any part of BoostUp without written consent is prohibited.

  6. The Company may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms.

  7. You retain ownership of the content you provide but acknowledge that upon account termination, such content may be deleted.

Certain features of BoostUp may require third-party subscriptions (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), which are not included in our pricing.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. All BoostUp subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select.

  2. Payment is processed automatically via the payment method provided at the time of signup.

  3. GST of 18% applies to all payments.

  4. No refunds or credits are provided for partially used or unused periods of service.

  5. Additional marketing or media costs will require prior written approval from the Client and must be paid separately.

  6. Any third-party subscriptions required for campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) are not included in BoostUp pricing and must be procured by the Client.

4. USAGE GUIDELINES

  1. Improper use of BoostUp, particularly for LinkedIn automation, may result in restrictions or suspension of your LinkedIn account.

  2. The Company provides recommended usage guidelines for safe operation. Users must follow these guidelines to avoid penalties or account suspension.

  3. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

5. CONTENT & DATA

  1. You retain ownership of content you provide through BoostUp.

  2. The Company claims no intellectual property rights over user content.

  3. Upon account cancellation or termination, content stored on BoostUp may be permanently deleted.

  4. Users may continue to use BoostUp independently if they wish, after terminating access through the Company.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. Any information you provide to BoostUp that is not public will be treated as confidential.

     

  2. The Company will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required by law.

     

  3. Intellectual property, processes, strategies, reports, and creations developed specifically for users remain the property of the user.

7. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Go Where Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of BoostUp

     

  • Violation of these Terms

     

  • Breach of applicable laws or platform policies

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. BoostUp is provided “As Is” and “As Available” without warranties of any kind.

  2. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue.

9. TERMINATION

  1. The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

     

  2. Upon termination, all content may be deleted. No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

10. TERM & RENEWAL

  1. Subscriptions are valid for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly).

     

  2. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled prior to renewal.

     

  3. Users must cancel at least 7 days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and tribunals at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.

  2. Technical support is only provided to active, paying users.

  3. The Company cannot guarantee data security while transmitted over third-party servers or networks.
